A real estate site search was launched to find a progressive facility aligned with Coca-Cola’s “Live Positively” global platform and core belief that the happiness of employees is paramount.

In considering the options for relocation, typical downtown office towers or mainstream suburban facilities were not the right cultural fit for the world’s number one brand. Enter 335 King Street East: An urban nucleus armed with public transit access, a downtown address, and an ambitious sustainability platform – all in an existing brick three-storey building. The makings of a perfectly people-focused facility.
