Law firm Goodman’s tasked a joint venture of figue3 and Gensler to design and implement world-class facilities for this significant law firm, located in the new Bay Adelaide Tower in downtown Toronto.

Goodman’s mandated a people-driven approach supporting a core value of entrepreneurship. The process began with North American benchmarking tours of similar-sized firms, helping Goodman’s to articulate their vision for a progressive law firm design aesthetic to differentiate the firm from its competition.

From the materiality to the strategic lighting to the curated sculpture it's clear this office is world class

Design of the conference centre focuses on the client experience, a visual and tactile approach demonstrating the firm's unwavering commitment to excellence that is integral to Goodman’s culture.

Practice floors focused on its people, and a decision to implement a connecting staircase between floors and a separate administration floor for support staff reinforced its people-centred culture.
