In the heart of midtown Toronto, just steps from the excitement at Yonge & Eglinton, The Parker by Fitzrovia brings next level luxury and amenity to the rental scene. Like stepping into a boutique hotel; Figure3 designed a host of upscale experiences and a stunning lobby with direct access to an urban cafe.
Residents and guests are drawn into to the light, open feel of the lobby with a sleek frosted glass wall and silvery blond woods that emphasize the dramatic verticality of the space. Inspired by cool Nordic design, materials such as marble, black metal, and gold inlays were chosen for a grand effect. Appealing to the young urban professional set, Figure3 helped create consistency and flow as the lobby transitions directly into a cafe. Residents can also enjoy one of many branded experiences at The Parker, including a fully equipped Hammer Strength® fitness centre, with a modern industrial vibe that rivals any exclusive club environment.
