Grenadier Square is located in the heart of one of Toronto’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the beautiful High Park. Already operating two 1960’s-built rental towers on the site, GWLRA had a mandate to add density and breathe new life into the community with two new luxury rental towers.

They chose Figure3 to design the interiors based upon reputation, rental project expertise and in-depth research capabilities. Figure3 revealed the target demographic sought their home to be a renewable resource, a place to relax, & seek refuge, and be connected to nature & community. Designed with the true needs of the renter in mind, two pavilions with an impressive array of amenities now serve, not only the two new towers, but also the existing two towers and 16 townhomes of the community.

In the first grand pavilion residents will enjoy a spacious pool with lounging bays, a hot tub, massage rooms, spa-inspired showers & change rooms, and a substantial fitness centre including a juice bar. In the second pavilion the residents have access to a party room, bar lounge, billiards room, library, movie centre, fireside lounge, kids arts & crafts room, music room, business centre, and café. A bountiful amenity offering.
