The first residential building signaling a major shift taking place on Church St. in Toronto, the design for this project brings an upscale brand experience to the bustling Church and Wellesley neighbourhood. As a result, this condo appeals to both millennials and a mature demographic.
Figure3 brought inspiration from luxury brands to this project, with a retail design approach for the lobby. Marble walls with bronze inlays provide an elegant backdrop, as contemporary Fendi furniture sets the sophisticated mood. A striking custom metal sculpture suspended over the reception desk completes the space, accenting the height of the lobby. Viewed from the double story window outside, the interior captures attention with its striking interior.
