Figure3 took home the Gold prize in the Best Presentation Centre category at The National Sales and Marketing Awards for its design for Trailside by Distrikt Developments. The gala and awards ceremony took place Tuesday night at Caesars Palace Las Vegas in conjunction with the International Builders’ Show. Presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, honouring the best in new home design, marketing and sales across North America.

“It’s amazing to be honoured with Gold once again at The Nationals, said Dominic De Freitas, Principal at Figure3. “We wanted guests of the presentation centre to experience what it would be like to call Trailside home. It’s gratifying to know the design is really resonating.”

Located in the Town of Oakville, Distrikt’s Trailside is designed for an elevated lifestyle imbued with fine dining, world-class shopping, lush surroundings and luxury living. Figure3 designed its presentation centre with a casual hospitality feel instead of high-pressure, while still exhibiting the luxurious and timeless quality of the condo. The space is elegant yet inviting, with emphasis on comfort for potential buyers, as seen in the speakeasy-style lounge.

“Figure3 helped us realize the vision for Trailside, a presentation center with a casual and sophisticated hospitality feel,” says Emil Toma, Founder at Distrikt Developments. “Their creativity is inspiring and their impeccable knowledge of materiality invaluable. This iconic presentation centre resulted in a very successful launch and 75% of units sold within the first two months.”

Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams. During a three-day judging process, a panel of industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver and Gold award winners from a field of nearly 1,300 entries.
