On Friday, November 17th, organizations and local community groups gathered to participate in the Official Ribbon Cutting ceremony at The Well, Toronto’s largest and most highly anticipated mixed-use development with an incredible curation of the best in retail, dining, office and residential space. Figure3 was engaged to design the lobby, amenity spaces, and suites at three luxury purpose-built rental buildings, placed at the heart of this amenity-rich, 7.8 acre streetscape.
The event, hosted in the central open-air promenade under the soaring glass canopy, showcased the near completion and initial opening of The Well’s commercial, residential, and retail spaces.
Members of Figure3 leadership and the design team who worked on this project were some of the over 250 guests who attended the Friday morning ceremony, which featured the symbolic cutting of 50 ribbons, emphasizing the communal spirit and collective achievement behind The Well’s realization.
