Senior Team Leader, Retail

Catering to discerning clientele in retail and experiential marketing landscapes, we deliver creative customer journeys, and translate brand vision into sustainable, memorable and immersive environments. Reporting to the Director of Retail Design you will manage projects of varying scale and complexity.

Duties

  • Guide project deliverables and provide day-to-day leadership for the project team
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the design team leveraging your experience to contribute to successful project completion
  • Oversee project coordination meetings and attend site meetings as needed
  • Draft and manage project schedules
  • Coordinate drawing packages with other consultants (where needed)
  • Manage full contract administration process on assigned projects
  • Improve internal processes, approach, or tools within area of expertise
  • Identify areas of risk, devise and follow through on resolution of issues
  • Participate in business development initiatives when required such as project pitches

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary graduate (degree/diploma) in Interior Design or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience ideally with exposure to current global trends
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team and delivering retail projects
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to multiple stakeholders
  • Active Membership in relevant industry associations
  • AutoCAD; Photoshop, In-Design and SketchUp skills are a must
