Duties

Purpose: Reporting to the Director, Retail you will work collaboratively with the Retail Studio team on the development and implementation of design solutions for their projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build strong design solutions leveraging your SketchUp and InDesign skillsets
  • Contribute to intelligent, innovative, and sustainable design solutions
  • Contribute to all phases of projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
  • Curate materials and finishes selections for various types of projects
  • Produce design intent working drawing packages
  • Create millwork drawings and details
  • Co-ordinate activities and build positive relationships with clients, industry partners and suppliers
  • Contribute to internal Figure3 process improvements and other initiatives

Qualifications

Ideal Qualifications:

  • University or College graduate in Interior Design or other relevant discipline Ideally, minimum 3-5 years’ experience
  • Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign skills essential
  • Understanding of millwork construction
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills
