We're a unique studio of creative thinkers who care greatly about design and human impact in a sustainable world. Together, we shape possibilities as designers of form, space and experiences. A glimpse into our history reveals the source of our extraordinary blend of strengths. A few years ago, the design consultants of Figure 3 and Network Design entered a merger of minds and passions. Acclaim and projects grew. More importantly, so did a remarkable culture rich in respect and ideas - which we share with you as figure3.

Allan Guinan

Allan knows the advantages that design can deliver to business. A highly principled designer and project manager, he has over 20 years' experience leading projects in North America and the Middle East, achieving lasting results for a diverse clientele. He has been a longstanding board member, as well as the 2002 president, of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario, and continues to be active in communicating the value and impact of smart design. Talks to industry, the public and government are a pleasure; directing figure3 as we 'walk the talk' and deliver tangible benefits is an unwavering passion.

Caroline Hughes

Caroline challenges our designers and clients. An interior designer with over 25 years' experience, she brings extensive strategic analysis skills to her work with business leaders. She is a brilliant listener - keenly attentive to clients' functional, cultural and business directions - and inspires clients to engage in invaluable, thoughtful dialogue. Under her guidance and quick eye, collaborative teams reach higher and farther, envisioning and preparing for the opportunities and situations of the future. Our clients rely fully on Caroline to guide their projects from pre-project planning to the development of ongoing facilities plans. She brings continuity and quality to all aspects of our client partnerships.

Christopher Wright

figure3 is known for remarkable ideas, and Christopher is a visionary who consistently sets the highest standards of what is possible to envision and to achieve. His conversations with clients invariably lead to insights that overthrow conventions and break through long-held assumptions. With a Masters of Design from London's Royal College of Art, and experience in Europe, the Middle East, North America and China, Christopher has been instrumental in the design of dynamic environments for brands such as Umbra, Universal Music, Nike and British Airways. Architecture, interior design, environmental graphics and product design comprise the design vocabulary of his collaborations with clients.

Jennifer Tinson

Jennifer is a dynamic creative force at figure3, immersing herself in clients' needs and driving projects forward with enthusiasm and empathy. Her unique design solutions have earned her industry awards and a highly loyal client base. She brings warmth and intuition to professional relationships and rich, exploratory discussions. Sophisticated problem-solving skills and powerful creative instincts have guided Jennifer through 20-plus years of designing and producing large-scale client initiatives across North America. She has a rare ability to develop design concepts which meet pragmatic requirements, integrate brands, respect users - and delight clients. Light and colour permeate her wonderful sketches and illuminate clients' finished spaces.
